@WinsomeJohnny Yes, I totally agree with what you said. I do need lots of practice on all the forms that I've learned. I also need to up date my clips too. Once I up dated my forms, I hope you will see some improvements. Take care and get well soon!!!
You see xiao890, you had some negative comments on your performance already. ppl will crticize good or bad. we all like to applause or throw things at performers if we do not like the performance. Do you watch America got talent show?
Your speed is terrible. No other way to say it. The movements are too jerky and NOT fluid. The way you "hold the ball for brushing the horse mane"...not correct.
You are not supposed to stop and touched the floor with your toes while holding a ball...that's wrong.
@pribadi8406 I know what my weak areas are. You don't have to keep reminding me what other people say about how I did. I am aware of what I need to work on. When I decided to put my clips here, I am prepared for all kinds of comments. FYI.... I do not have a TV. Therefore, I don't really care what talents the Americans got....
Read my comment about this performer in Yang 85 form. A good performance deserves applause, a bad performance deserves criticism so that the performer can use that criticism as a motion to practice harder.
Thanks. I am aware of my speed is a bit fast. I will work on my pace more. Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "found no beartiful but augry" was that a typo mistake or something?
I don't know what is the name of this song. You have to ask shifu, it was her music. Both of my legs are very straight, can't you see my uniform is really loose??? I will work on it more because my goal is to do the "chao tian deng" some times in the near future. =P
Oh, and I forgot to mention: I think you need to work on straightening both legs whenever you do a "deng tui." But anyway, your "deng tui" is still better than mine. *(^_^)*
I dont have much business critiquing your Ta chi, because iam a novice at it. Overall I can tell you have pretty good essence and flow. But no matter how good you think your smoothness is, it can always be smoother and more refined. I have seen masters that took nearly an hour to complete a form like this. THere are many ways to practice Taiji. But, from what I can see, you seem to have grasped the concepts of Tai chi. Always be sure to regulate the dan tien as well. nice video
Thanks, I know my forms can only fool those who have no knowledge about Taiji. My moves may be fluent, but i still have not master the internal concepts of Taiji yet.
Ive only began training in Tai chi recently, but ive trained heavily in Xing yi, which is an internal art.All internal arts should the same focus. All movements must come from the "dan tien", in Tai chi stradegy the movements must flow without too much intent, and when you change directions, the energy must "bouce" to shift your weight without disrupting the flow. Also to make the movements more powerful, visualize each push, pushing a heavy wall. Good luck Sifu,
^0^ you calling me Sifu??? hohoho~~~ -_- I've learned this form only once, but I've learned the simplified Taiji 24 form countless times. There are always something new each time I learn the 24 form and I gain better understanding while learning it again and again. Maybe I'll have Huoxing film the 24 form one of these days. =P
so boring :(
