In the age of technology. Why do we not have a law that makes it MANDATORY for ALL police officers to wear a camera somewhere on their uniform? It can be placed on their hat or badge, even a belt buckle.

If every single transaction was documented on film, we would never have to dispute these questionable cases

One more thing about this "have the partner arrest them" discussion: The vast majority of police officers in this country ride solo. Only in certain parts of major cities do the cops actually ride in teams. This is the exception; not the rule.

But if something bad happens, an investigation is conducted, a grand jury may be convened, a district attorney may bring charges, the officer/s might be charged, arrested, and put on trial. Have you never seen this happen? You cannot convict a police officer just because the media has slanted your opinion of the case, or you have some deep seated hatred for them. They are also entitled to all the protections the law allows.
