The type of lava this erupts is called carbonotite, a sort of magmatic limestone. OlDonyo Lengai is the only volcano in the world to erupt this kind of lava.

Is this what is sometimes called a "mud" volcano?
If not, what are the differences?
Finally, what rocks and/or minerals will form from this type of material?

in a mud volcano hot water (from hot springs associated to volcanic activity) mixes with... well... mud.^^
In this video you see hot molten rock (hot meaning several hundred °C) = lava, which has nothing to do with mud, although it looks like mud. ;-)
