Follow the money right to China. They hold loans from our national debt because of the trade deficit.

The government should be allowed to help improve education to reduce duplication waste from state and local control. The teacher's union wants "Teacher Local Control" and fight "Local Autonomy" that puts parents and learners in control.

Who should be in control? Consumers or workers or management?
