  • Great video, the first creek is 5 minutes from my house. Is it worth putting in above the giant waterfall portage? or would you suggest roping the boats straight in at the spot where you roped them down?

Next time you're in that area, check out Mill Creek in Lowville, the drops are considerably smaller, but there are no portages.

  • @eadsit1 Cool. You live in a good area for creeking! The big waterfall is runable with more water in it, running river left side. The roped down part will never be runnable. Beware of the last long cascading drop right before the road, we all pitoned on the very last drop portion, one of us got bent out of shape pretty bad!

  • Love it. thanks benny.

  • that was a sick video.

nice editing and camera work, the quality was great. what kind camera was it shot with?

  • Thanks Nevin, I guess. Not overerly happy with the footage quality. I am using a Panasonic GS320. A cheap three chipper, but lacking in every other aspect. But again you get what you pay for. Glad that you like it though. :)

  • well by youtube quality standards it looks good

  • Good vid, no go on the upper section of sluice falls?

  • The level was low, and I can't remember what was in there...a seive or undercut, but something made us walk it. Great section of river though. Was good fun.
