Children saying the Pledge of Allegiance

I feel sorry for the people commenting here who don't understand what it means to say the Pledge of Allegiance to Flag of the United States of America! Greatest country in the world. I pity those who don't feel pride in their country, and I guess that's why Obama's president, all the people who don't care what happens to America, voted for the man who doesn't care either! haha maybe....american school children say this everyday in every class in every city all over the country....

thats one thing that may differ from my country and yours...we take our flag very seriously....the people that hate us know that and that is why they burn it...we are taught the pledge of alligence right away as we learn how to talk...its just a small part in the american culture....if you ask anyone who has studied here from abroad they will tell you they had to say the pledge to

no. I live in United States and every student in the whole country says the speech. Before school starts every kid must stand put 1 had over there heart and then they say the pledge of allegiance. After you say it almost every day it sticks in your head like mine.

@Fleur114 I have been to american for one whole year and in my school we did not say the pledge. Maybe because my high school was private? I don't know, but it is better not making children say the pledge, since now it includes religious references.
