VERY good! That is actually exactly what he said was the cause of the accident. The tires were too low and when the car went to turn, the tire rolled under the wheel so much that the rim hit the asphalt. I don't speak Swedish, so could you tell me what else he is saying in Part 1 and 2?

in part 1 they dont say anything i Swedish as i can hear, but i part 2 here:

@4.27 - They are blown, both tires on the right side is blown.

@4.47 - We have to get more air in them.

Dude, you have no idea. There is no "winter" at Pikes Peak, the road is closed and buried under many feet of snow. In August, yes August, there's known to be ice on the roads, and believe me, you would not be saying it is fun. The road is scary enough at 10 mph in the sunshine!
