Now, I'm definitely guilty of using wikipedia's episode/manga chapter list to skip episodes in which nothing happens, but this is really a very good series. Watch it all. Or, go on wiki and look up a list. It gives summary's of stuff so you can look for Hibari's name :)

If I'm correct, and I just rewatched that arc so I'm pretty certain, it's when Gokudera frees him from the prison Mukuro locked him up in. He was thoroughly beaten up and has lots of broken bones and should be in severe pain, but seriously doesn't show it. Its amazing all he shows is a little tiredness. His body was so broken that Mukuro couldn't possess it, yet he could still find the will to fight before passing out.  I love Hibari. <3
