After knowing her work for 13 years, I find that my past tendency to not do the feeling work kept me from avoiding disaster. Not healing the buried self-hatred and lack of self acceptance brought me to my knees at the beginning of the year. My New Year's resolution was to truly start on a new path, from a place of such pitiful and incomprehensible demoralization beyond depression and so filled with fear I couldn't do it alone.
