I think Rachel has a habit of dogging her assistants. Just look at how she treated Jeremiah last season. Rodger and her come to an agreement about firing him and she tells Rodger to deal with it. If you say you "love" your assistants so much, at least have the decency to be the one to approach them with conflict yourself!
