this is physically impossible, flys that walk on water are so light they dont pierce the tiny film that is over any water surface, every step you take is like you trying so stand on a bubble, you are contsantly bursting the surface, making th next step impossible, and when you fun back up the beach we can all see that its only shin/knee deep, and before you fall in the water you can see it riding up your legs, your just lifting your legs up really high so you keep a high speed (illusion)
