  • the oldest person documented was 122 years old as you already know. But some people have said they have heard Rumors of some people in some areas that claim to be 130-132 years old! I don't know if that's true, but if it is, then that all I can say is wow.

  • Yes, considering that the vast majority of the oldest people alive today didn't have proper birth records when they were born they are immediately dismissed by skeptics when there is any mention of extreme longevity.

As far as I can tell, with the sheer number of people that are undocumented, there's bound to be a couple "mysteries" out there of some very long lived people hiding away in mountain villages or forests. There's just too great of a probability for there not to be.

  • I wonder if diving into glacier lakes (here in ak) has the same benefits as this treatment does. We went glacier lake diving this summer!

  • Wow! Yes it sure would! You can go into any cold river, stream or lake for the same benefit, although you're not getting the benefit of switching between hot and cold.

I write about the benefits of using just cold water in the article in the info box.

  • Hey Zak, when you sign up to go here, do they take your medical history and tailor your visit to your issues? Or does everyone get the same treatments?

  • Yes they do. Everyone gets the same basic stuff, but then they make recommendations for you to use the other therapies available such as hyperbaric oxygen for those who need it, or neuromuscular massage for those with deep tissue injuries and even extensive spa therapies for those who want to work on their beauty!

Basically those who go to the Institute who are in "critical" condition (not like ER critical) are given more attention by Brian and Anna etc, since they have to make changes fast.
