I listen to junk? Dir en grey isn't underrated and looked down at? The metal scene refuses to take Dir en grey seriously because of their early days.

And this music, it is horrible. the vocals are typical boring Japanese vocals, the vibrato is overdone and therefore anoying, the guitars make the song monotone and just a pain to listen to all the way trough.

Dir en Grey was influenced by Kuroyume.. Kyo even used to be a roadie for Kuroyume.. check out earlier songs like "Shinaiharu DEATH MASK" and you'll see just how much early Dir en Grey resembles them.. ^^
