He then proceeded to his intelligence drop, the Texas theater where witnesses said he "seemed to be looking for someone." He did NOT shoot Tippit who was silenced.
Harold Norman James Jarman and Bonnie ray williams testified that LHO was up in the 6th floor and had asked Jarman to send the elevattor up to him since he was going to the fifth floor with Norman. During thre shooting Jarman and Norman were directly under LHO on the fifth floor and could hear the shots, bolt action and 3 cartridges hgitting the ground. There are 52 more pieces of evidence tha implicate LHO.
Shots came from the 6th flr. but not fired by LHO. Jarman actually testified he thought the shots came from BELOW the 5th flr window (3H 209). Norman & Williams also reported that they assumed shots came from "the railroad tracks." (3H 175 & 3H 192-193). FBI agent Bookhout reported that LHO claimed to eat lunch alone, but that Norman & Jarman passed thru the lunchroom -- which both verified in their testimony (3H 189). Jarman also testified that LHO was ignorant as to JFK's route (3H 200-201).
The "evidence implicating Oswald," upon meticulous scrutiny is exposed as altered testimony, distortion, or outright fabrication. I too, 1st believed the official version. Then in 1964 I began the arduous process of personal investigation -- traveling to Dallas, interviewing eyewitnesses, compiling & examining all govt & independent evidence, reviewing millions of pages of documents, photographs & films, even riding in JFK's position in a stretch '61 Lincoln ala SS-100-X. DPD's Poe, who took possession of the shells 11-22 & marked them, later said the shell casings turned over to the WC were not those he had, but replacements. (5of6)
DPD's Barnes also marked the shells with a "B." When shown those given to the WC, he saw no "B" & said they were inauthentic. DPD found a white jacket nearby. FBI gave WC a gray jacket. LHO's landlady denied this was the jacket LHO wore when he left her boarding house, as he wore a "dark jacket." Only 1 of 6 witnesses said it might have been LHO's jacket. The laundry tag could not be traced to LHO whose wife handwashed his clothes, including 2 jackets. There's NO proof LHO shot Tippit. (6of6)
Great posts Walru11! Many people may not know that a revolver in a brown bag was found behind the TSBD after the assassination - but was never revealed by the authorities. Why? Because a revolver was found on Oswald, so this gun had to be buried as it was clearly not Oswald's, which he had on him when arrested. It is possible that LHO was not supposed to live any longer than JFK - but he managed to evade death for another 2 days after realising what was going on and fleeing the TSBD.

I don't think she realized at first that he'd been shot. He looked like he was choking, not suffering from a gunshot wound. Also, his mobility was limited because of his back brace, so it would have been difficult to pull him down.

Harold Norman James Jarman and Bonnie ray williams testified that LHO was up in the 6th floor and had asked Jarman to send the elevattor up to him since he was going to the fifth floor with Norman. During thre shooting Jarman and Norman were directly under LHO on the fifth floor and could hear the shots, bolt action and 3 cartridges hgitting the ground. There are 52 more pieces of evidence tha implicate LHO.

Norman & Williams also reported that they assumed shots came from "the railroad tracks." (3H 175 & 3H 192-193). FBI agent Bookhout reported that LHO claimed to eat lunch alone, but that Norman & Jarman passed thru the lunchroom -- which both verified in their testimony (3H 189). Jarman also testified that LHO was ignorant as to JFK's route (3H 200-201).

Great posts Walru11! Many people may not know that a revolver in a brown bag was found behind the TSBD after the assassination - but was never revealed by the authorities. Why? Because a revolver was found on Oswald, so this gun had to be buried as it was clearly not Oswald's, which he had on him when arrested. It is possible that LHO was not supposed to live any longer than JFK - but he managed to evade death for another 2 days after realising what was going on and fleeing the TSBD.

When he learned that Connally was also shot he realized he had been set up (as part of his CIA cover had been to threaten Connally @ U.S. Embassy in Moscow). March 22, 1978, ex-CIA accountant James B. Wilcott swore under oath before the House Select Committee on Assassinations that Lee Harvey Oswald was a "regular employee" of the CIA. LHO's Marxism was a cover at the same time he was infiltrating anti-Castro groups to create confontation. In the end, he was betrayed by his handlers & falsely accused of shooting JFK. The plan was to blame it on Castro & invade Cuba, but LBJ balked & instead agreed within 23 hours to reverse JFK's Vietnam pullout.

In the HSCA Executive Session of 3/22/78, Wilcott stated, "Lee Harvey Oswald was an employee of the agency and was an agent of the agency . . .a regular employee, receiving a full-time salary for agent work for doing CIA operational work." Wilcott said 7 CIA officers ID'd LHO as an employee including Case Officer Jerry Fox. He also testified that a CIA case officer informed him that money had been drawn for Oswald & that he made checks out to LHO's CIA cryptogram.

The shooter was caught on tape, and there is also a picture where you could see Oswald poking his head out of front on TSBD seconds before shooting. Look into it.

I'd love to see this picture! If the secret service was doing their job like they have done years before this occurred all the windows in the TSBD would have been closed and if you watch the video on here you can see JFK's secret service detail was pulled off the car. Now if the car had no hood it is secret service policy to have have two agents on the back off the car. He was killed by this government because he was an image of change. It's ignorant to say that Oswald was the only shooter.

After research, it is clear LBJ and Hoover were at the center of the assassination of JFK. Anyone, that now believes otherwise needs to do more research. Youtube has a lot of the info on it as well as books that are now out. Barr Mccellans book. Bush family were also involved.

If there was a conspiracy, do you really think the people involved would leave any type of paper trail behind left in some file somewhere ? If there was a conspiracy to kill JFK, the people involved were few and even fewer knew it would take place. The answer will never be found in some vault of yellowed government documents. The people who know kept it all in there head and left no paper trail.
