I'm really loving your videos :) just a quick tip! it's best not to roll your neck, mainly because its grinding the first two bones (the atlas and axis) at the base of your skull and the beginning of your spine against each other, instead its better to move your head in a "yes" (nodding) and "no" motion :) I hope this helps! keep making videos!! <3

  • That's nice!! When I was a little girl, I wanted to take ballet classes but my parents couldn't afford it. So I never had the chance. I just ended up pursuing something else.     I really wanted to lose 26 pound, in order to be 100pound (my dream weight)...

    Do you have an tip, recommended to lose weight fast?? maybe like a month or two??? (I eat two times a day, eat healthy food, don't eat after 6pm, and excercise A LOT) But I usually lose weight then gain like 3 pounds in the morning again...it's stressful, for me....

  • @hjygvjy heheh thank you for that nice compliment dearie =))) To answer your question, have you tried any sort of pilates or yoga? Pialtes especially helps you in toning down your muscles and lengthening them =) Also stretching alot keeps your muscles leaner and not bulkier. Stretch more than "work out" if that makes sense =)) Let me know if you have any more questions luvie! ^.^

  • @oiseau88 is it bad to over exercise ? everytime i exercise my legs, it just gains muscle...

  • @ASiANMiLKK How long do you exercise your legs for? And what kind of leg exercises do you do hun? It depends on which muscles in your legs you are working =) This exercise i'm showing is all about inner leg muscle/strength meaning there should not be too much tension or pressure placed on the thighs as you lift the leg. All from the hips =) if you're tightening your thighs as you lift them, you are using the surrounding muscles, making your thighs build more muscles =)

  • @oiseau88 hmmm, so if i do this exercises and not tighten them, it wouldn't gain muscle ? if i jst relax them while lifting, would it slim it down ?? erm, sorry for so much question >.<

  • @ASiANMiLKK it should hun =)) Ballet dancers like to tone their muscles but not make them bulky. That's why we do lots of pilates. Building inner core strength and lengthening the muscles rather than tightening them works to make your body lean. Not too muscular =)) Hope you try it out and let me know how it goes =)) and yes just lift without tightening =)) and your questions are always welcome ^.^ xoxo!~

  • @meowmeyo Yes I do!! place your legs in parallel position, and go up on your feet half way, and slowly lower down, do this up and down up and down for a minute or two =)) then do it interchangeably, right leg, then left, etc. =))

  • Working with a surgical dermatologist sounds so interesting! :) Did you do it part time while you were in college? Also, does it not require college education because if so, I might look into doing that part time in college :P

It was right after I graduated =) The doctor was also a professor at a medical school so it was like a special training program that was like a "pre-residency" job =) I was trained for a few months before being able to assist him with surgeries, patient care, etc. =)) So it does require college education!~
