  • Dr. Ron Paul trusts YOU. So you can trust HIM.

  • Ron Paul is so awesome....most intelligent hard working Politician in America.

  • OMG, at around 5:50 Adam Sandler's "Hanukkah Song" starts to play. LOL

  • Man is this a great look at the kind of humble man we are blessed to have lead us.

  • Because of the internet and the barrage of advertising younger people face -- I think they are FORCED to reconcile what they see by weighing all facts...a BS detecting mechanism, if you will. It's a shame that they need it...but thank goodness they have it! Maybe we can take this freaking country back from THEM -- and some of you actually know who THEY are. Progress

  • This is the first politcal person I ever sent money too and at this time it has been $500 and it's because I trust him and his views. He is the kind of person I could trust my life with. Never in my life would I send money to anyone running for office. Ron Paul is a very good man.

    Ron Paul 2008

  • Me too edward9145- I'm not saying this in any kind of competitive way, I've sent the max allowed and did so by mid to late June. Some of my family has since done the same. I can assure you Ed, something is happening in this country and, IMHO, it is divine intervention.

  • Yes, that't it for me: the trust factor. This man is honest. A rare gem in the world of politics. A true patriot.

  • I really wish these type of interviews would be shown in full on one of the major networks. These very humble, soft speaking interviews would greatly aid Paul's campaign and make people understand Paul's true personality

  • lol, Adam Sandler's Hannukah song is playing in background.

  • Having watched all five parts to this interview I am really quite struck by the fact that significance is not a huge motivator within Ron Pauls personality. He wants to achieve and succeed like most people but it does not define him in the way it defines many leaders. His psychological need seems to be more about contribution than significance. I think his natural style is very suited to the age of reality TV. He has authenticity and real character and I think people can see that.

  • Great observation. I totally agree. He defintely seems to want to provide value rather than have power for power's sake.

  • His down to earth personality and his commitment to the American people is what does it for me.

  • Wow- what a beautiful observation and TRUE (for me anyway) :-) thanks for helping say what's on my mind.

  • What the hell is the persistance of the interviewer, why do it? why do it? He answered the question like 4 times? Why Why Why

Does he expect a different answere?

  • Vote Ron Paul 2008!

  • Principles are greater than political parties. Great dialouge, educated, great to see this in US politics. Makes me proud.

  • Part 1 is in much worse quality than the other parts. Any way to upload it again with better quality? :)

To bad this nice interview drowned by all the vids after 16th. Hope more will find these

  • Human Action by Mises:

  • This man is BRILLIANT!!!! An amazing man! Total genius!

  • This guy interviews better than Glenn Beck :D

  • In my mind there is no doubt who would become president if every american had to spend 10 minutes getting to know Ron Paul.

I just hope enough will do that before the elections :)

  • Ron Paul is the greatest living American today. If we can get him elected he could be a new Abe Lincoln. Our nation is not what the founding fathers envisioned. But, I have to say each generation must be vigilant. Like Vietnam, the same evil influences must be fought head to head.

  • Ron Paul is so genuine. What a breath of fresh air!

  • A man like this runs for president only once in your life time. There won't be a second chance.

  • I agree. I've never seen a politician like him before and I'm 45, I've seen a few in my time. Ron Paul in 08!

  • America: this is your chance to elect an honest, principled and good man. It's as simple as that.

  • Ron Paul is just plain awesome. Great interview!

  • Hahaha, The Chanukah Song.

    But, very good interview.

  • I hope this vid gets a lot of exposure.

  • Honesty, clear thinking, a gift to America. Vote Ron Paul...Save America

  • Dude.... Paul is the best thing since the wheel... maybe even since fire.

  • Paul understands his support. He summed up exactly the way I feel in that first statement. Trust.

  • A politician that has PRINCIPALS? Wow!

    He is my hero.

  • He's so simple, but so profound. I love Ron Paul! ^_^

  • The integrity of this man astounds me.

  • Great interview.. Too bad I had to listen him talk over the incredibly stupid Hanukah song by Adam Sandler.

  • Ron's right, we support him because we know we can trust him.

  • Well yes, but I love when he lectures ben bernanke and talks about abolishing the fed.

  • Ron Paul is trustworthy AND a friggin genius.

    Sorry about *your* candidate. ;-P

    RP 08 FTW

  • Eh? I'm saying I really do love when he talks about abolishing the fed. I really do support RP. ?!

  • I know. That wasn't aimed at you; it was a general comment. :-)

    RP 08 FTW

  • Yes, this interview should be used to acquaint people with Ron Paul. Even though he seems a bit tired and distracted at the end of the interview (parts 4 & 5) it's a big overall win.

It is the only interview where the viewer can relate to his personal motives and that is very important nowadays.

  • This interview should be made into a dvd & passed out to everyone. The election would be over for all other canidates tomorrow. I am very proud to be a future president Ron Paul supporter. Thanks for posting this interview.

  • Silent voices of all ages newly heard

Peace, Freedom, Prosperity, be the word

Visions and faith and inspired need

Liberty and rights define our creed

Words, rhyme and song we hear

Hold to the US Constitution ban all fear

Gatherings small, large and growing fast

A life line of Hope for America has been cast.

  • Imagine how the other candidates would come across in a similar interview...

For tragicomedic humor, imagine what president Bush putting in an hour (like Ron Paul does here) would look like.

  • Check out the Glenn Beck interview as well. It's in my Favorites

  • A very natural interview, and a view of a politician that i don't think anyone ever gets to see. The honesty, and integrity of this man is amazing. In this day and age we are constantly crushed by pandering, lies, and broken promises... Ron Paul's honest candor is unlike anything I have ever seen from a politician.

  • Amazing. He does deserve the accolades even if he thinks he doesn't.

  • Great, honest interview. Brilliant, yet totally humble, without any pretension whatsoever. What a man.

haha, someone in the background is doing karaoke, Adam Sandler's Hanukkah Song, LOL

  • What an amazing guy.

  • It is so wonderful and satisfying to listen to an honest man. And it makes so obvious that only about 1 person per million is honest. How amazing would the USA become if Ron Paul wins in 2008? Amazing, simply amazing!

  • I love his comments about wanting to be productive and to achieve something. A noble individual is productive and achieves something in his life. Vote for Ron Paul he really is our hope for America.

  • The guy does politics cause he enjoys it! Amazing simply amazing.

  • Thank you for posting this video!

    Go Ron Paul!

  • Great Interview, Thanks for posting!

  • Great interview, Long, detailed, and personal. Video quality does improve. I'd take as many clips as possible before I fall. People should always keep watch on windows, rooftops, hillsides as far as a mile away For all public events.

  • When I watched I realized.. Ron Paul has spent SO much time recently talking with people, giving interviews, debates, speeches. And yet he sits here with his coffee just chatting with this guy like he loves it. Like he is enjoying the conversation. A patriot, a statesmen.. unprecedented in our current political climate.

  • oops. I wrote TRon Paul.. sorry

  • I liked Tron.

    RP 08 FTW

  • SteveBKNY, I'll take a bullet for you for taking a bullet for Ron Paul! TRon Paul R[EVOL]LUTION

  • holy sh@# this guy is a true american.

  • wow!

  • Yea I have to say, i didnt see Ron till the 3rd debate and yea, I trusted him. Then i went and looked him up on the internet and the rest is history.

  • Thanks for posting!

  • maybe if Bush studied economics rather than going fishing ..............

  • HA Ha Ha aha

  • Absolutely wonderful!!. A honest man like him does not belong in politics. He makes an antonym for the word 'politician'!

  • Omg this guy is great. He LIKES to work for this country! GOD LOVE HIM!

  • Id take a bullet for this man.

  • same here

  • what he stands 4

  • same here

  • id take a clip for him!

  • I'd take an entire battleship full of shells for him! No, no -- TWO battleshipfuls!!

    RP 08 FTW

  • What is the group oposed to the Austrian Economics called?

  • Neo-conservatives

  • Nice :)

  • Keynesian economists, I think is what you're thinking of.

    RP 08 FTW

  • Well there are a number of 'schools' of economic thought; the Austrian is one of the minimalist schools emphasizing a neo-classical look at economic affairs. The School I think you're looking for is "Keynesian" which was at one point a peculiarly American school of economic thought that says government spending is the best way to bring about economic stability. (i.e. pork-barelling)

  • Good vid
