Yes for about 50 bucks you can go and roam the whole prison in the dark all night.You have to make reservations ahead of time though

Actually it costs $65 now. They raised the price from $50 starting with last year's hunts. One of the hunts this year is already sold out, but there are 15 remaining. I'm definitely going to two, possibly more.

I was the last one to leave the Reformatory. It was an awful place. Also, I was a C.O in the last riot there, 1990. Mansfield News Journal made up a lie, saying that it didn't have to do with anything racial? Yeah right, that's why I don't buy the newspaper. It was against the Arian brotherhood and the african americans. They had brought an inmate from Lucasville, who was an Arian preacher, and the fight was on!! What a mess, was hit by a Muslim, but he payed the PRICE! Get it? Want more?!!!!!

My cousin was there for about 3 years, got out in '84 or '85. He was murdered not long after, they found his car at Club 42 in Ashland and found his body outside of Polk, Ohio several months later. He was only 26. His Dad, (my Uncle), later worked at the new facility next door as a Corrections Officer. He died from brain cancer a few years ago. His car, a black 4-door 1941 Chevrolet, was used in the movie Shawshank Redemption. May they both Rest In Peace.
