man how can u say this guy dont sound english im from uk u just dont understand theres gheetos and rich areas dizze has a gheeto accent u ignorant american fuk off
it weird, cos there's been sooooo much immigration from the carribian, africa and india, over the last 10 years or so the london accent has moved away from like traditional cockney and started sounding like this, especially the black kids
It's how we grew up. With a huge mixture of asians and blacks in school and around our community, compared to our parents going to school. Of course it will affect the way we all talk.
So I'll never get to hear the "old" London accent ever again? Ah, I don't care, I always preferred the Yorkshire and Newcastle accents by far, and there's certainly nothing wrong with the Liverpool accent either!
Northern English accents are the friendliest-sounding accents in the English language by far! I love listening to Alan Shearer talk!
Well, you will still hear cockney accents around London, but a lot of young people speak in this accent now. I think it's to do with the carribean influence. Are you English.
No, I'm American, but I lived in England for five years when I was a kid (1994-1999), so I know a lot about England and English accents. I lived in North Yorkshire though, and we'd only travel to London maybe twice a year at most.
I still have good memories of my childhood in England; I loved travelling in the trains! My parents absolutely hated driving on the motorways, so whenever we'd go to London we'd always take the train.

I know Dizzee Rascal is English, but he certainly doesn't sound like one! I can only hear slight traces of an English accent in his voice.

10 years ago is when I left England, in 1999...of course I lived in Yorkshire so didn't get to hear the London accent on a daily basis.
joeschmoe2003 2 years ago
