A lot of artists have to do the "run and sing at the same time" technique. Beyonce was one of the first artists I know that do this because it trains the diaphram of singers and they don't get all out of breath while singing and dancing. I can't remember what other singers that do this method,but noticing this would also have helped Britney Spears when she dances too just not sure if it's too late to use this training.

Pretty much the same with dance.

for those that are saying the trainer worked her hard -- that's actually a normal workout. (pretty much on the dancing.)

the trainer did what she was supposed to, teaching, encouraging, pushing, fixing mistakes.

the little workout sessions to keep the muscles in shape and also stretch them out a bit to prevent injury.
