Yo wassup dude,
Since im the dude in the vid who does it all I can say is that theres not much of a secret to this trick.
If you can press the ball against you shin then you can do it if you cant then you cant also flexibility matters the most with this trick.

people can do it with a size four ball.
it might be easier if you have no hair on the leg and the ball is a stickier ball, not slippery.
its like palming the ball with your toes and shin. try to wet your shin and then dry it off reall good. and make sure the ball is real clean.
if your good at it though you can do it with almost any ball any condition (ie with hair on the shin)
the natural oil in the hair makes it slipery and hard to do. so i find no hair is easier
