Make sure you can drain theoil before attending to the filter and make sure you renew

the sump plug washer as well. If you change the filter and can't change the oil for whatever reason and start the engine you will have to change the filter again.

@MAJORSNODGRASS yep dont reely matter if ye take the filter off befor your drain the oil batt all elce is right. i chande the filter between oil canges jus to keep the oil nice and clean. oil not cheep filter is. (no poin if its too dirty)

hi, is there a reason why you didn't drain the oil before replacing the filter?

@volvo65 yer so i could use the drain tray for the filter then let the oil drain for a long time.

let it drain for a coupple of houres more like 15 minutes!!!!!!
