@skaterboy0206 you don't purposely breathe dum dum its an innate behavior it comes naturally if you dont know what innate is hes just showing how to breathe while exercising which i think you might need
also try to inhale while your right foot is in the air and exhale before your right foot hits the floor, bz your right lung is larger and if it full with air and you pound the floor with your right foot the lung will hit the liver and that way giving the nasty side cramp sometimes. So, Left foot on ground= inhale, right foor about to hit ground (exhale)

Hard deep breathing is essential to cardiovascular improvement. When you get cramps RUN THROUGH IT! Cramps are often caused by a combination of inconsistent breathing and inconsistent pacing. If you get a cramp find a pace that is not too slow and not too fast and work on consistent breathing. Do not stop.
i tired that today i lasted about as long i could the past 2 days except i noticed that i was not as dead as i was the past 2 days also when i came home i did not have the pounding headache i had the last 2 days.

ive just started runnen again and its so hard to stay motivated..i used to be in cross country but we had coaches 2 motivate..when i run by myself...im like why am i doen this...i give up 2 easy...and 3 years of smoken didnt help..i quit though and im wonderen what to eat b 4 a run for an extra boost

@aschindler22 eat pasta before like 30 mins or 45 mins before its great you'll get plenty of energy for hours because it uses its energy slower or bananas their good to but pasta all the way

one day ill run for 25 min and stop and no cramping just sore legs. next day 15 min and my sides are bleeding. wtf im on a tredmill jogging then slowly creeping to running. someone plz help me out i think its my breathing
