I keep looking for my daughter in this vid as she knew them in philly when they were a garage band like this.. brings the CD forbidden love down to me. My old man and I love it. Go to the CD store. here in Fl. they thought we were nuts and morbid with the name of band.Then i make cassette tapes of this and send them around to my friends snail mail. . Then people in fl start to order CD. then they come down to Fl. then they hit the rolling stone mag and the rest is history. saw them live long ago

This song isn't that hard to learn by ear. It only took me about 10 minutes to figure it out all the way through.

The part where it gets loud are basically only Power chords... if they aren't, power chords work fine.

So awesome!! I get chills listening to this song. this is classic DCFC. The songs from the album Transatlanticism. I wonder if they would still play this live as well. If so, that soooooooo awesome. I would almost cry. haha. If they did that would show theyre still true to themselves, the music, and theyre true fans. They have gotten somewhat mainstream, but I think and hope they are themselves at heart.

goddamn... this is all I ever wanted to see. I started listening to them after I mised them on this tour, saw their name listed. "dude some band named death cab for cutie played the Warfield last night" and downloaded this song. i was hooked! don't care too much for what they're up to now.
