There is a small section of ice that can be broken through with the white boa on the northern coast. Go as far as you can and i think you can make it all the way to the cave but if not go as far as possible and then whip out the nautilus and it should put you past the ice blockade

Jansen learns it at level 52. Then you just skill link it to Sarah and Ming.

Pretty straight forward, really. The cave under Gongora's mansion is a great place to level Jansen if he's below level 50 (after that, go for the temple of enlightenment- hellish kelolans fought INSIDE the temple always level you up at that point.
