  • BTW, I could only *dream* of a fridge like that. I don't mind it being crammed, if only everything in it were raw and vegan :/ Instead, all I get is one little corner for greens, and all the rest is by brother's mayo and cheese.

  • wow. kim looks at her greens the way some people look at shoes! love it!

  • I Was Wondering, Once you Cut Avocados, How to do keep them from turning brown too fast? I Usually Put Them on my Salads, But then they Look Gross, and unappetizing because it starts to turn brown by the time i hit lunch. I have tried lemon juice, and that works to a certain extent, but it makes them taste sour as well. Thanks!

  • @kayrey18 I cut mine in half but don't pull it apart. wait til lunch and scoop it with a spoon.

  • @BlondieonBlack Oh My Gosh! Thank You So Much!! :)

  • @kayrey18 certainly. I used to just carry a 'shank' around with me but when peopel saw me with a steak knife they got all weird about it..LOL I agree with the lemon juice trick plus I want to taste avocado! mmmm YUM!

  • @BlondieonBlack What? How Could They Get Weird with you carrying around a steak knife? Its totally normal! haha. I Love Avocado, and i love the taste, so i usually try to lean away from the lemon juice. haha

  • my fridge looks exactly like this! lie a jungle. I am juice detoxing!!!!

  • I think you all should really consider growing up, she's a nutritionist not a damn genius @ Kentucky chicken 2 and she mostly eats her veggies which why she stacks up on her produce just as you would stack up on whatever you eat the most!!!! And to Kim.....your book is rocks :)

  • Holy Plastic! Yikes. Maybe invest in some travel-worthy sans-plastic bags? Chico Bags? Eco Packs?

  • kohlrabi is great in chopped salads! I like mine with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, some EVOO and a tiny bit of vinegar!

  • Avocado's friggin' rock! I eat one everyday

  • she is like HYPER healthy!!!!

(she's a nutritionist and doesn't know what kohlrabi is or what it looks like ??!!!)

  • @KentuckyChicken2 I ask me the same, and all thi,s inside of sooo much plastic (I recently saw a docu about how poison plastic actually is) it's clear that a vegetable diet could clean and detox your body if this is really organic procesed, without artificial fertilizants, but keeping it in soft plastic, not a good idea.

  • @yosoyaraguaney but to store the leafy vegetables, when they are dry, in a plastic bag makes them last a tad longer. Usually I put a dish towel in it to absorb etc moisture. Get those bad boys @ the $1 store and wash them ONLY with white vinegar and bobs you uncle.. Re-use the plastic bag :) see the towel protects. BUT they really don't stay in the bag that long. That is probably a weeks worth of food for her. I go through fruits & vegetables like no mans business

  • do you... ONLY eat salads...? all day everyday? haha i've seen you on some shows and i've heard about your book, and i'm really interested in following some of your plans, but seeing your fridge really scares me now :S

  • @satinsolstice

oh yeah, i agree!! no offence, but maybe she should eat a sandwich once in a while...

  • @KentuckyChicken2 haha exactly. or maybe some "kentucky chicken" :P

  • @satinsolstice

hehehe, yeah!! I think she'd rather die than eating at KFC ! :-D

  • Too cute! Love your attitude.

  • Ha! I'm happy to know that I'm not the only one who has fruit obsessions! I just bought your book and am really looking forward to starting a healthier lifestyle. You look great!

  • YOU LOOK GORGEOUS

  • beautiful video - it's so interesting to see inside other people's fridges!
