  • Wow! Turbodiesel?

  • My brain has effectively rendered useless for the next few minutes. That was weird,

  • sooner or later the blade touching.......

  • @geoago If built correctly, technically they can't since the way they are geared should prevent it..

  • @mobius1aic I was ironic .........

  • Just when I think I have seen them all.

  • @motokid032 simply the most suitable comment

  • Where I live here In Switzerland, we have two of them. Its just 3 km away from my appartment. Its at the Heliport in Balzers, FL. But they are green colored. I see the choppers almost everyday starting :-).

  • I live in California USA. My local airport has a green on they use for fire fighting. Hook a Bambi Bucket up to it and it's good to go. And one thing I didn't know is these are built in the US.

  • @BMXStatus302 across the stree from my office in fact...they fly over all the time and you don't even know. they are made in bloomfield ct.

  • I wonder what it's like flying this helicopter. Since it is torque neutral.

  • do those rotors cross eachother?

    it looks like it..

    apologies for the noob statement:-)

    looks very scary actually..

if the timing in some way gets effed up,

    well..

cool heli, but it looks scarier than any other i have seen..

  • Look up "intermeshed rotors"

  • Thats Trippy.

  • cool tech. rotots rotate in the opp directions meaning that overall torque is neutral.. so no need for tail rotor.

  • Yup. Quiet too.

  • is a grat heliopter sistem

    is siamese! lol

  • why would you design a helicopter where the blades inter rotate like that????

  • It increases total lift and eliminates the need for a tail rotor

  • @plkmgr lift like CRAZY....and since they are so quiet they also have used them for drug stuff in south america

  • @jasong19711 its for downdraft, this helicopter is used to carry logs and such from forrest, becasue of the downdraft of a conventional helicopter would be to strong to do a task such as that, they use something like this

  • @jasong19711 If it works but looks stupid, then it's not stupid. EXCEPT for mini-vans, those are the most fugly looking cars ever and always will be.

  • just ridiculous these things are.

  • these kind of aircrfts have a huge upwards thrust and they are used for carrying heavy charges.

it is necessary two rotors to keep the helicopter without rotation.

it is very easy to say that it is ridiculous without having any idea about aeronautics... study more!!

  • the reason why my vocabulary and grammar is not so good is that I am not english, stupid!... but I see i have been understood by a silly person so, my poor english is good enough. Are you able to write two words in other language like german, spanish or french??, I dont think so.

    your balls?, what balls bastard?

ah!, by the way FUCK U!!! and dont forget study more about physics, aeronautics and other languages also ;) before attaching a new stupid comment
