  • Sorry but you wasted your money. WW is a total scam. If you look at the package you will see they use slightly smaller portions than your standard ready meals the packaging will still be as big but they use less content so there's less ingredients in it to make it seem healthy and then they charge you more money for making it ''healthier''. Not only does it cost them less money to make it but they also charge you more money LOL

  • @CameraManSW I don't even buy any of the pre-packaged meals. I cook my own food. WW is actually a really great program and I am way healthier now than I was before.

  • Hi has anybody heard about the Acuspeed 24 Diet (just google it)? I am told some unbelivable talk about it and my sister lost a lot of fat with it.

  • Good luck with your weight loss efforts and thanks for posting your story about regaining and then starting to lose again. Weight Watchers works for me too along with exercise, lifting weights, eating more dairy and taking a low dose of CLA supplements every day. I finally posted just a few of my before pics online, which was hard to do. So lots of kudos to you for sharing your story and all the pics.

  • @BestWayToLoseWeightH Thank you much and best wishes to you on your journey! :)

  • Wow, losing wt and gaining it back is the worst thing in the world. Good luck on keeping it off!

  • @alexlove31 Yes indeed, it certainly sucks a lot! Now I am down 178 lbs from my heaviest and feeling great! Thanks! :)

  • hi i just wanted to know when you were 20 and you lost all that weight did you have any extra saggy skin afterwards or did it snap back bacause you were still so young??..p.s. i wish you all the best with everything in the future=)

  • @angeladavis77 I did have some loose skin but nothing like I do this time around. When I lost that weight when I was 20 I pretty much only had some loose skin on my inner thighs. Thank you and best wishes to you too! Take care! :)

  • hi im confused? did you loose the weight and then you put it back on again?

  • @redneck500 Yes, that is exactly what happened. Now I am in the process of losing it again. I am down 156 lbs from my heaviest weight and feeling great! :)

  • either way, thats a fantastic effort, not many people could do that, and to all those that are doing it already, well done ... i am about to being my WW program

  • @JEWELISA1977 That is so awesome! Good for you! I'll be there shortly too, hopefully! Down to 325 now! :)

  • I know it sounds rather lazy to say but my opinion is that when your body is ready to lose weight it will give you the impetus to go about doing so. Our bodies are not stupid.

  • You'll be fine! You have to find a way to inspire yourself! It could be music.. Find out what are the things that you enjoy and that are not harmful. It could be black coffe...or oranges...or just a shower with vanilla gel...Make a folder with the music that would inspire you...or would help to not give up in the moments what you feel like. Enjoy your life anyways...God gave you your life! and this is wonderful!

  • @RasuLOVEeLiNaonly Thank you so much! I have been trying to do that lately. It's great experiencing new things and finding out what I do and don't like! Happy holidays! :)

  • @peacefulgem Hey i just joined weight watchers on monday! im super excited! im ready for my way in on monday and i hope ur doing ok! how is everything!

  • Very cool

  • @2BigWomenOnACouch Thanks! :)

  • Ooh, I just saw what happened. I was trying to respond to FizzySherbet - she was asking why she wasn't losing weight eating as little as she was. Somehow it came through as a general response to your video. Sorry for the confusion.

  • Awe. that last person is a complete idiot! Listen I have a similiar story and I know a handful of people that have also gained all the weight back, plus some. You did it once, you can do it again. And when you do send that asshole a picture and tell him to shove it where the sun don't shine. Good luck sweetie. Your beautiful and very inspiring.

  • @StacyGrady2009 Thank you so much! :)

  • I wish i could have as much determination as you do. Im a fat 13 year old, and I try absolutely EVRYTHING but I still weigh 180lbs... I have more rolls than a bakery, and try to be as happy as I can; once i lost 40lbs and went down to 140lbs, and I was pretty thin, but it just kept piling on even though I run for 60 minutes after school.

Have you got any tips for me? I eat eggs for breakfast usually, and dont have lunch, and have a medium dinner. What am i doing wrong?!

  • It sounds like you're not eating enough food for your body and your exercise needs. You need to eat 100 calories times your weight to maintain that weight (1800 a day), so if you want to get to 140, eat 1400 calories a day. Lunch is so important!! If you don't eat enough, your body holds onto weight instead of losing it! Good luck!

  • @ConservativeMomof3 I weigh 300 pounds, so you think I should eat 30,000 calories a day to maintain?.. OK I'll get on that.

  • @alexanderblake Ooops! I didn't express that right! I just looked it up and it's eat 10 calories per pound. Good luck on your journey!

  • do u snack alot mayb its that

  • Great video. Very inspiring! Thanks for sharing your journey with us!

  • Thank you much! :)

  • You're beautiful - what a stunning smile!! Good luck with your weight loss journey xx

  • Thank you very much! :)

  • Wait wait- You lost 200 pounds.. gained it back and now are going to have gastric??? WTF??? YOu already KNOW you can loose it! Tahst just PLAIN ass laziness.

  • I'm not having gastric. I would go into more detail, but you aren't worth it.

  • @peacefulgem You sound so damn rude! You're not worth it? Real nice!

  • @nirvanachick84 Why should I be nice to someone who is being a jerk to me? It's just not worth my time. I wasn't trying to be a jerk myself... just get tired of people being so judgmental on here. You are right, though. I shouldn't let that be an excuse to be rude. Thanks for pointing that out. Take care. :)

  • @ryannlag

She's right, you're not worth it. And whoever said that gastric = laziness??? IDIOT. YOU IDIOT. You speak of what you know nothing about, so that makes you an IDIOT. I bet you think that gastric = eat all you want, don't exercise, and still lose, and lose it fast. Right? WRONG, ASSHOLE!!! Gastric requires a lifestyle change, same as without surgery. It requires work, sweat, self-control, and it is by no means the easy way out.

    FUCKING RETARD!

  • you have a really pretty face. lovely smile.. u'll get there!

  • Thank you much! :)

  • Good for you! That is excellent! Best wishes! :)

  • Hello! I am in my first week of Weight Watchers/exercising and it's easier than I thought. I have about 150 pounds to lose. How did you lose 200 pounds in 10 months? Were you just following the plan or exercising as well? I am very inspired by your weight loss! Great job and good luck with everything! Any tips you have would be great!

  • Hi! :)

I was following the plan and exercising when I lost the 200 lbs. My biggest tip would be that even once you get down to a size you are really comfortable in, make sure you don't let yourself get too comfortable- always gotta continuously make those healthy choices. Also, there will be times that you will "cheat" or go off plan or what have you, just always remember to never give up and every choice matters. Take care! :)

  • when did the weight loss happen during this video?

  • I lost it in 10 months in 2002.

  • I'm pulling for you gurl

  • Thank you much, Cassie! :)

Hope you have a great New Year!

  • lost 200 lbs and sill overweight, wow. That is 400 standard size filet mingnons only pure fat, ridiculous.

  • I know this is the internet and everything but ur comments not cool.

  • What is ridiculous is that you are trolling around YouTube leaving ignorant comments on people's videos. I'm sure your life would be much more fulfilling if you would try lifting others up instead of attempting to bring them down.

  • how's it going gem? Stay in touch with us and let us know how you're doing.

  • Hangin in there. Been going through a lot lately. I've been struggling with my weight loss the last few months and have put some weight back on... however, I am NOT giving up!

  • best of luck !! i'm sure u'll do it again !!

  • Thank you very much and best of luck to you too in all you do! :)

  • Btw, you make a wicked awesome blonde.

  • Aww, thank you! I loved being a blonde but all my friends and my hubby think it looked bad. I've been contemplating going blonde again lately anyway just for the hell of it because it was fun! lol :)

  • Thank you much, hun! Congrats to you too! :)

  • Your so pretty! I'm starting WW tonight! I'm faving u as inspiration it doesn't matter if you gained it back I can just tell that your gonna do it once and for all this time!

How long did it take you to lose the 200lbs on WW? Do you know if the plan is the same now as it was then? I want to lose 200lbs in 2 years I think thats realistic, right?

  • Thank you! :)

That's awesome! You won't regret it! When I lost it the first time it came off in about 10 months, this time around it's coming off a lot slower. It's different for everybody but I definitely think 2 yrs is adequate time! Best wishes on your journey! :)

  • your very beautiful i wish you all the best lets us know how ur doing i've lost 80 pounds and doing my best to lose more and its hard. Good luck kiddo

  • Thanks so much and best wishes to you too! I'm down 138 lbs as of now but I am really struggling with the desire to overeat. We can both do it! :)

  • well reguardless of your weight.... you're very pretty.... just thought you should know...

  • Aww, thank you so much! :)

  • This is by all means NOT ment to be insulting... But, How do you go from be a Rather large BBW to droping off all that weight then you shot back up biger than what you were before you lost it all?

  • A lot of painful things happened in my life and my addiction to food started to take over again... and eventually I gave up and the pounds piled back on. Now I understand that, no matter what, I can never give up. I always have to keep fighting. :)

  • You are soooo strong and amazing! Good luck! I am on weight watchers too and love it. You did it before and you can do it again!~

  • Thank you so much and best wishes on your journey! :)

  • very motivational...and i love the song...im starting Weight Watchers on Monday...I hope for success. :)

    Good job Jen and...don't stop!

    Bye^_-

  • Yes, it really does work! Best wishes and take care! :)

  • Thats really encouraging. I've been obese practically my entire life starting from being born at 9lbs. to current weight of almost 300. How long did it take you to lose your weight? I'm trying to start and I want to set a realistic time frame.

  • Thanks!

I've been overweight all my life too.

When I lost 200 lbs in 2002 it took about 10 months but it is different for everyone and also this time around I am losing it slower. I've lost 133 lbs in about 7 and a half months this time.

Best wishes on your journey! :)

    <3 Jen

  • Thanks! :)

  • congrats you look beautiful!

  • Thank you! :)

  • dont give up u still look lovley, but you can do it, i weghed 23 stone 4 years ago and dont know how i did it but got to 15 and a half stone in 6 monthes , well i do know how i did it i went gym 6 days a week hard work but worth it, any way now iam back up to 18 stone so have just started weight watches and gym so i will keep in contact keep up the good job

  • Thank you much! :)

We can and will acheive our goals! You keep up with the good job/hard work too!

  • I really wish you the best & thanks for the motivation. I also lost alot on WW's 177 lbs. and I did that in 18 mos. and then I got sick and almost all of it came back within the last 3 yrs. My thyroid & adreanals were wacky and I had mercury & tin in my system from the factory I live by. Well enough about that. You will do it again & so will I. Just stay away from Splenda, it messes up your thyroid!! Good Luck!!!

  • You can do it all again! Trust me ive been in a similar situation to you! I am now a weight watchers member, and so far i have lost a stone and a half in 7 weeks

  • That's awesome! Congrats and keep up the great work! :)

  • you're half way there again babe.... all the best.

  • Thanks and all the best to you too, hun! :)

  • u were such a cute toddler!!!

  • Thanks! :)

  • Wow, it's kinda of a bummer to be back at the beginning but we all have, I'm struggling myself, for 6-7 years I've wanted to get this weight off and now I am, I started WW 2/26/09 and as of 3/19/09 I have lost 11 pounds putting me at 214. My whole point of bringing anything up is you have to make a lifestyle change & continue with it even after the weight is off, I plan on sticking with WW even after I've lost all my weight. I'm sure you know this and I hope you find something that sticks! GL!

  • if you just work through your goal without giving up your gonna make it! thanks for inspiration!

  • Thank YOU for the inspiration! :)

  • Thanks! :)

The song is "Rush" by Aly & AJ

  • You did it once so you can do it again. You will get there!

  • Thank you! :)

  • Whouaouh !!!

Un grand bravo de France !

    Tu es très belle !

    Epoustoufflant !

  • hey there, i wish the very best of health and good luck on your journey!

  • Thank you much and best wishes to you too!

  • Hi Jen, great video.. I wish you the BEST of health and I'll be praying for your success and plans!! ~Angel

  • Thank you, Angel! I will keep you in my prayers too! :)

  • Thanks!

  • Well done for the weight loss, but I think you'll know when you're ready to lose it and keep it off because you won't start eating again once its gone.

Still.70% of the reason people weigh what they weigh is genetic so, we only have limited capacity to control our size.

  • Thanks!

  • Ok, I went through my email and found the comment that I accidentally deleted.

sjam2007 said, "looks like u never had a problem loosing weight just keeping it off hope u get the surgury will help a lot congrats on -30 already!"
