I vote hell no. If a young lady wants to keep it from her parents it must be for a reason. Could you imagine if she was a victim of incest by her father and they told her mother? I think that as long as a reasonable adult knows then that should be sufficient. We seriously need to protect the rights of the victims of abuse and harassment. A muslim girl might get honor killed if her family found out she had an abortion. Think about it!

Or are you suggesting that the clinic would not notify LE when such a crime is committed? @sarcasticwhip What about all those girls who's mother know and do nothing. I had a friend who tried to hang herself at the age of 13 because her father was raping her and her mother did nothing. So once again I say that as long as an adult knows it doesn't need to be the childs parents. You have to understand not everybody comes from your walk of life. There are some really fucked up situations in the world and young women need protection from such situations.

No one has a problem with informing and emotional and legal support. The issue is the killing of an unborn child, and operating on a child without parental consent. While you're pre-judging the quality of her parenting, you're glossing over the fact that this mother's child is being violated and her grandchild is being chopped up into little pieces, and she can do NOTHING about it! If these organizations were so into helping women they would be free of charge. They would be honest with women & girls about the risks & about the side affects of having an aboriton. There would be no need for post abortion counseling.
