Don't approach falcon with the neutral air so much. Also try to grab falcon a bit more by mixing empty hops in there and then throwing him off the stage.
I mean.. Falcon vs Marth is in Marth's favor almost solely because he has a terrible recovery. Just try stage control more than combos.
