I think you might be correct. The Gaza hospital is actually a sound stage in Burbank California. They imported a bunch of kids looking like Palestinians and forced them to look dead, dying, and wounded. On close inspection you can see the baby in question is actually a Cabbage Patch doll they bought from eBay.
