@astroandyborgloh-Because in the real music world, that's just how it goes sometimes. Gigs come and they go. Maybe the show or the tour are over, maybe the band that hired you breaks up, maybe family/life obligation demand your attention, maybe somebody just throws bad politics your way, maybe your equipment gets stolen, or a car accident. A million legitimate reasons this happens. You just have to get on with it.

Wow this guy is a Fantastic drummer not only has he Great technique but his patterns are so musical and interesting and I can totally recomend his books they are full of good advice and very clear on advanced stuff like polyrhythms.

My favorite drummer of all time. I went to guitar center drum off and a guy reccomended Rhythmic Illusions to me. What a great book. That changed my whole perspective on drumming. This guy is changing the way drummers look at music. Great vid.
