If you have low gauge strings i.e. .09 gauge and a nice clean fretboard with easy access to the higher frets, it reduces the difficulty... Having a good amount of gain...

Use audacity or media player to slow down the solo and learn it by ear. or use tabs, and watch the lessons on youtube... Good luck man

just get the tab on guitar pro, take a bar at a time really slow, then do the speed trainer loop, start at like 40%, and increase by 2 percent. Takes time but you will be able to play it full speed and perfectly clean if you give it this time. Also when you get to a speed where your playing messy, start increasing the speed much slower until you can play it clean

Glad that helped. I'm a better string skipper than a sweep picker when it comes to arpeggios shaped like that. However, I still do enjoy sweep picking the Leper Messiah solo. Those arpeggios don't require that much of a stretch.
