  • This is VERY cool ! Like it more than the original :D

  • This is the TONE! I used to own the 50 watt version of this amp (2205 model) and a Marshall 4x12 cab with Eminence speakers if I remember right. You had to play quite freckin' loud to get the tone shown in this video. Not bedroom levels. I sold the amp and the cab many years ago. Yesterday, I bought a 100 watt 2203 model (one channel) and a 4x12 cab with Celestion G12-65 speakers, and it sounds just beautiful! But then again, it's no bedroom amp. Cheers!

  • Exceptional Job Dude!!! Really cool. I like how you add some of your own concepts and licks in there, terrific!! Bass player is awesome too!

  • That guitar alone, the Firebird, should be enough for anyone to support the canons of capitalism.

    :'(

  • damn it's so not my style or kind of music i like but....damn this one just fuckin kicks ass wow amazing

  • great jam:) !!!! \m/

  • Really really awesome. All 3 rock. The bass tone is huge, guitar is smoking, and those are wonderful sounding drums. My hat is off to this band.

  • mr. bassman. oh dear i love your basslicks!

  • Oh, sigh, seems i dont know alot... ^^

  • Clapton in Cream used a Gibson Sg and a Les Paul...

  • later on he used a firebird (for about a year) and don't forget his signature cherry ES-335 that he used in the farewell concert

  • @texasflood93

He also uses a Firebird for White Room during the farewell show.

  • and the es335.. that shit was classic

  • Clear, distorted tone. No noise, lots of punch, just like Clapton in Cream (who used a Firebird too)....

  • the guitar tone is freakin awesome imo.

  • love that tone...

  • and the bass player's not bad either...

  • thats ed hes amazing

  • dude he actually sounds a LOT like clapton!

this dude has some SERIOUS CHOPS

  • those boys can play, love hearing the tone from that firebird

  • sweet dude! real sweet.

  • damn that dude with the firebird is a true blues player!!! HE HAS SO MUCH FUCKING FEELING!!!!!!!!!!!!

    LONG LIVE BLUES

  • Great arrangement and performance; almost sounds like a bit of a Ritchie Blackmore influence in there as well as cream!

  • fuckin sick tone

  • Hey you guys rock! Very nice equipment too!

  • wow man, lovely tone, how do you get it?? which are the settings on your amp??

  • Thanks (everyone) for commenting! To answer these questions, the tone is a stock 2003 Gibson Firebird V plugged straight into a 1986 Marshall 2210 half stack. No pedals or effects, just a wire and my old fingers. I rate both the guitar and amp as good as it gets. ~Bb

  • How do you rate these guitars? They look soooo cool.

  • damn, like ol clapton before he cleaned up..... badass

  • A band with these kind of chops and playing this kind of music is a band I could listen to all night. Outstanding job on that tune. Great guitar pickin'.

  • kick ass solo man and i love your guitar keep rockin

    peace out

  • yes... a 2003. A beautiful guitar. :) The pickup switch was moved to the top volume knob position, but no other mods.

  • so great

  • that firebird kicks

  • This w/out a doubt is the ULTIMATE cream jam & these guys do it justice.

  • i am going to buy a firebird for sure...now all i need is the money

  • well actually Eric Clapton did steppin out first with john Mayall & the bluesbreakers. but that doesn't really matter just thought you should know oh and by the way you kick total ass. keep rocking

  • I like how you based it on the BBC Sessions version, with the bass and drum solos.

  • Thanks!

  • Again, amazing sound. I can't believe how close this sounds to the real thing.

You pull off every note with incredible accuracy.
