I started off doing it on a 5 inch pad so if i messed up i wouldn't hurt myself as bad as no pad then after i got into better and better shape I could do it no problem. soon i was doing backflips, handsprings, etc. I managed to lose 85 pounds since my Senior year doing gymnastics man I love it!!

But when it came to doing the move at WrestleMania, Lesnar did not even want to, but was talked into doing it by John Laurinaitis. Lesnar had practiced the move several times before doing it at WrestleMania. But when it came time to do it during their match, Lesnar was tired & the ropes were wet from their sweat; he ended up slipping on the ropes

That the ropes had sweat on them from where him and Kurt were throwing each other into the turn buckle. And that when he (Lesnar) was climbing the turnbuckle, the sweat was pouring off of him and getting on the ropes. Kurt Angle even said he slipped.
