@darkbow98 First you need ski hills that aren't in the UK cause the ones there are wimpy. Next you need to probably be at least 16 and you need to know someone who already does it. In order to get a job at most hills you need experience and it's hard to get experience without a job! I volunteered to run one for two seasons before I landed a job grooming full time. Now I volunteer groom again on weekends only.
