Bullies are sad, sick people who have nothing better to do with their sad little lives. Usually, they're losers who are immoral ( malicious liars), jealous of their victim and need to put them down to feel better about their sad, dysfunctional selves. Other times, it' because the victim is a whistle-blower. No decent person would stoop to bullying another person. No emotionally healthy person needs to put another person down in order to validate themselves. Bullies are dysfunctional people.
