@Desibluesman that saying there's no Bb in the song and to use Gm instead. If it sounds good, it's right. It doesn't have to sound like the original, it's a cover.
@faz1991: Good is a very subjective thing. I was specifically responding to someone's suggestion to play a Bb. There is a Bb note there, but it's part of a Gm chord, not a Bb chord (this was told to me by the composers themselves, BTW). So my point simply is that if you're going to play the Bb, play it as part of the Gm chord to retain the flavor of the song that the composers have tried for. Many chords can be substituted for one another and will sound good, sure. Many play Em instead of Am9.
u have used a bit of reverb on the audio. however if u had recorded the video on two different mics, one recording the vocals and the other the guitar and then used reverb only on the vocals, it would have produced different result, coz that guitar fret sounds gets distorted and artificial when reverb is applied.
my favorite cover of kal ho naa ho, ever. I like this one over your faster one because it's so emotional and raw. Wonderful job.2nd verse is chilling.

C Am9 C Am9 F C F Gm C.

Few chords are off, you need to use Amin9 instead of Dm7th initially. Also in the stanza use a Dm7th instead of C.
Overall still much better than the other version which has all incorrect chords.
