Always walked out on him when he was growing up because she couldn't handle her own problems. And then expects to be welcomed back with open arms. And calls the police on her own son. I would never do that to my son.

@socalpunky Yes they do they always try to over do it being a Masshole for 37 years Mark Walburg is the only one who even kind of gets it right I knew him back when he was just a street punk he played basketball with my now brother inlaw before he was anybody. He was always a cool guy though.

@funkybunny9966 there are several interpretations as to what "the right thing" could have been in this specific situation. you are indeed correct that one interpretation is the one she chose. personally, if it were me, i'd have given my son a head start before calling the police; let him know what i was about to do, and why.

however, i get the feeling that 'why' she called the police - her true intentions for ratting out her son - go a little deeper than the surface she's exposed. i get the feeling she's jealous that he went out - he had the balls to go out - and do what needed to be done to live the lifestyle she dreamed/dreams of. she needed to put him in his place. but that's my opinion.

He did nothing wrong, he did not hurt anyone, he didn't even hurt himself. He was living life and having fun. Then the government got involved and totally screwed his life up.
