Sanda or sanshou methods are older than jeet kune do. Also the methods you see in Sanda today aren't exactly the same as the one's you would see in military sanda and even more so in ancient sanda.
He's not a bad guy. He's cocky though. But the traditional MA guy, he's worse. Early in this movie, he's shown as someone who thinks so highly of himself. He believes his martial skills are so good that he lacks the humility to admit his shortcomings. The philosophies behind this movie are very deep :)
Nope, he really doesn't. Note how he actually catches the Main Character as he's about to fall on to a burning stove. In fact, the more I watch the movie, the more I find Tinted Hair to be far more sympathetic than the main char.
ive always wondered what it would be like if we could train till we fight with that kind of speed in reality. a modern day jiang hu?

wrong, Sanda's origin does not come from Jeet Kune Do, Jeet Kune Do is a philosophy and they don't allow takedowns, only throws
