As I previously mentioned I don't know what breed she is as I spotted her on the street with her owner. I actually didn't notice the heart on her back until I got home and saw the video a couple of times and noticed it.
Yes she's totally real! She was quite frightened since it was filmed in a very busy market place district, you can see her poor 'lil tail tucked between her rears.
