It's right up in the title -- Audiosurf. It's available on Steam, every so often it goes on sale for a ridiculously low price (like $2 USD). As for the song, no, it's not included with the game. The game will create a track out of any song that you decide to play, and it will create a track based on that song. Fast songs create red, downhill courses, slow songs create slow, meandering uphill courses.

Free Ride mode has exactly what you're talking about, no pressure at all. You can either try and hit the colored blocks, or just leave it running as a visual element to the music.

Audiosurf is a PC game that's currently only available on Steam. It only costs $9 though, and creates a track out of any song you throw at it. You can try out the demo on Fileplanet or Steam. :)

I used fraps set to record at half video size and 60 FPS, and to encode it I used VirtualDub with the latest divx codecs set to the highest quality settings.

You can find this song on iTunes or a similar 99 cent per song website. As for that particular Moby song, I've played it, but it's really nothing to write home about.

Mouse is my preferred play style, along with almost all the top players, but I have seen a few extremely good keyboard players.

There's 2 places you can get a match21, but that was my first stealth run. I was more of the mindset to finish the song then going for a high score. ;)
