i constantly watch the O.C. on the soap channel still and i wonder why people do not like season 4 as the other seasons, i know marissa died and i was super mad about that and sad, but Taylor brought a different aspect to the series and i thought it was much better then the relationship of Ryan and Marissa. she brought an outspoken knowledgeable stalkerish love to the O.C. family.

that and she Autumn (Taylor) is just beautiful beyond words.

Season 4 was so much better than season 3. I didn't think Marissa needed to die but she and Ryan needed to split for good. They changed each other's lives forever, but Marissa constantly dragged Ryan down when he worked so hard to better his life. Taylor and Ryan made each other HAPPY and helped each other really start living...so sweet.

i think both couples had their own unique chemistry but M/R wasn´t going anywhere and there weren´t a very healthy combination after all with all the interfering and rescuing all the time. Taylor on the contrary has exactly the things that Ryan needs and doesn´t have. They just were such a dream couple. Taylor is so cute and Ryan -with her-hot again.
