Where does the water go into? Do I have to have the plumbing go from the inside through my wall to the outside?

@kieranmullen2 You could always paint the cover in a similar colour to the wall or siding or maybe build a neat service cabinet around same taking into account obviously things like ventulation and not exposing the cabinet to any contact with a hot area on the heater... ....
