  • Im not very familiar with sabermetrics but have a strong interest in the field of scouting. I understand baseball as a serious money making business and the role of the scouting department to find the players who will bring in the business in the future. How important are aspects such as the players willingness to learn and relationships with coaches when considering drafting or even just following a prospect?
