@MASTERofsaintsrow2 At haunted ruins -> use the crow to king's seat and he 'spawns' as a ghost and gives you the piece... Hope this helps

U just walk in front of the heroes. But first u need to kill as much enemies as possible to gain entry to the hall of heroes.
