other way round :0) This video is from Nov-06, I've lost about 5-10 lbs since then, dont know since I never weigh myself...
I built up the strength and endurance for juggling like this by doing it... I started out juggling slower with the heavy balls, bigger circles etc for a minute or 2 and slowly built up to about 10 mins getting faster and faster. the smaller the circles and faster you juggle, the greater the accelerative forces you have to overcome and thus the more work.
Working out in this way takes a patience, discipline, and practice. There was another juggler like you who has a very similar body frame to your own. It makes me wonder if in fact the key to your body's shape is through your juggling. It definitely improves your hand-eye coordination which is very important to martial artists (or those who aspire to become one like myself).
what kind of gymnastic based bodyweight stuff, i'm interested to know. and are those pool balls? where do you get those kinda weighted balls if not pool balls
Look up "kip" "front lever progression" "back lever progression" "planche progression" "muscle up" and that's most of what I do along with hanging leg raises sloowly or ring dips and L-sits.
For weighted juggling balls search for "beard powerballs" or "excerballs" different sizes/weights available.
ahhh they're so expensive like 15 a piece. and thanks for the reply i'll look into the excersizes more. do you go somewhere to do these workouts or u got something at home you can do them on. i've got a pull-up bar but i won't be abled to do the muscle-ups unless i adjust it and i dunno where to do planche and back lever.
I looked up a lot of these exercises. They require a lot of strength to do them. What if I don't have a strong base/foundation yet? Also, where would you go and do these exercises at?
Heh, it turns out, you were that dude just from a while back ago. You've gained more muscle since then and now though.
