files and folders are two different things..

Here's some advice by my opinion: Frankly, I hate videos that people communicate with you via notepad because I just want to know how to do whatever the video will teach me. It takes way too much of my time to watch someone type at a slower-than-I-can-read pace. Unfortunately, most tutorials for computers are communicated by notepad. Here are my suggestions: 1. Use a microphone and talk or 2. Instead of using notepad, just do what you need to do. Any person should be able to follow you.

@bboyhope10 try to go through the control panel. If might be there, or also you can use revo uninstaller, that deletes files, then scans for files that might be lingering that cause the problem you are having.
