this sound is resulted by your weak sound card, I had the same problem, when I's working with video where I made my guitar so loud there was sound like this.

I don't think Kurt ever used a reverb pedal in his rig but he did use a Small Clone chorus pedal to get that underwater sounding chorus.

No thats not it because before i uploaded it i had to downsize it because the file size is too large when it comes directly of of my camera and when i look at the original recording the swhoop sound isn't there. But i looked at the downsized version too on my computer and it's not on that one neither so i think it happens when i'm uploading it. Thanks for the advice and comments though
