@sugarbrown4life :: just seeing this. I don't remember exactly what I mixed with the water but sometimes I add biosilk silk therapy, other times glycerin (in the warm months), and other times nothing at all. right now my spray bottle has biosilk and knot today leave-in conditioner.
not sure if this has already been said, but one trick I use to secure the end of my flat twists befor twisting to the end is to braid the end of the flat twist to the scalp. not a long braid, maybe about 4 crossovers. (if you can understand that) this surely secures the flat twist.
@glamazini i think they mean braiding so your edges are in the braid and not left out. By the way, really like this style, think I'll try it out tonight. Thanx for the vid.
ur so cute anf funny. "I'll just rock it like I look fabulous and then everyone will be confused and think i look great" :P amazing! it did look good though. Now i know what a bantu knot is
Just wanted to say how much I love your videos. I have been following your blog for years. It has been a great help to me on my natural journey. Keep being you!
@MsSassyHair :: i used windows movie maker. try right clicking on the video clip in the timeline, choosing 'effects' then 'speed up double'. you can right click on the audio track and choose 'mute' also. hope that helps.
my hair front does the same thing. One time I shaved it off when I was younger, I didn't look right on me; so I haven't shaved the my front hairline since.
Very cute, I love it. I noticed that you didn't twist your hair with any product.....that's pretty cool that your hair doesn't need all of that product to last.

@ Roshini. Did your hair continue to break (from traction alopecia) on your right temple area, when you started wearing it natural or did it stop?
tybrown1960 1 year ago
@tybrown1960 :: no my hair did not continue to break, it is as long as the rest of my hair in that section, just thinner.
