What we are saying is that by taxing the land you ward off the pariah speculators and reduce the 2 major barriers to entry for new business: high rents and complex tax paperwork. More small business, lower rents = higher wages. Why penalise people for working but turn a blind eye to the speculation that has smashed the global economy.

It's a beautiful animation, but taxing away the people who pay you for your work is probably not the best way to stay in business.
